By providing your contact information to Benchmark and opting into SMS communications, you agree to the terms described below.

By opting into SMS communications from Benchmark Association Management through a website form, homeowner portal, written authorization, or other opt-in method, you agree to receive SMS messages from Benchmark Association Management.

SMS messages may include, but are not limited to:

• Community and association announcements
• Account notifications and reminders
• Assessment and payment-related notifications
• Maintenance and repair updates
• Work order and service request updates
• Community meeting notices and reminders
• Amenity and reservation communications
• Compliance and association-related notifications
• Emergency and time-sensitive community alerts
• Vendor or scheduled service notifications
• Responses to homeowner or resident inquiries
• Other communications related to your association, property, account, or services provided by Benchmark

Messaging frequency may vary depending on your association, account activity, requests, community events, maintenance activities, emergencies, and other association-related matters.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent or received in connection with Benchmark's SMS services.

Benchmark is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time.

To opt out, text STOP in response to any SMS message from Benchmark Association Management.

After submitting a STOP request, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable Benchmark messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Opting out of SMS communications does not prevent Benchmark or your association from communicating with you through other appropriate methods, including email, mail, telephone, homeowner portal communications, or legally required notices.

Benchmark respects your privacy and protects SMS consent and mobile information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

SMS consent and mobile phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Benchmark does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent to receive SMS communications is voluntary.

Providing a mobile telephone number alone does not necessarily constitute consent to receive SMS messages. Where required, Benchmark will obtain affirmative consent before enrolling an individual in SMS communications.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services or receiving association management services.

SMS message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and participating mobile carriers. Benchmark cannot guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered or received.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Benchmark may modify, suspend, or discontinue its SMS messaging services or these SMS Terms of Service at any time.

Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be posted on Benchmark's website. Continued participation in Benchmark's SMS messaging program following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
