ORDER DOCUMENTS
Closing Documents and a ledger may be ordered. You may select the particular items you need or opt of a full disclosure package.
Full Package
This package includes your account ledger, notification of any compliance matters and all necessary governing documents required at the time of closing. These documents will include minutes, financials, reserve studies, etc.
Status Letter
This is a ledger showing the current status of your balance as it relates to payment and compliance matters.
Document Package
The document package includes the governing documents of the Association, policies, minutes. Financial information to include financial statements, reserve study, certificate of insurance and budget. The required documents per state statute.
