Rana Valentine-Yoksh, CMCA, AMS, PCAM has over twenty years experience in managing community associations.  After having worked at different sized management companies, she has had the ability to observe what is effective in the management of associations and areas that can be improved.  Taking these observations and implementing processes and systems to improve the overall communal living experience for everyone.  Rana's philosophy is simple: "Do what you say you are going to do, when you say you are going to do it".
